Parents wanted for BBC Radio debate

Have Your Say about Faith Schools

On Tuesday 18 October BBC Radio 5 Live are running a special day of broadcasts visiting all types of schools to explore the differences between grammars, academies, faith and local authority-maintained schools. Our Headteacher Mr Ormsby will be taking part in the broadcast explaining the ethos of Our Lady’s and we’ll hear from teachers and students about what a typical day at our school is like and what motivates them.

BBC Radio 5 would also like to hear from parents in and around Manchester so has extended an invitation for a few Our Lady’s parents to join the discussion about faith schools. This discussion will be in central Manchester from 3pm-3.30pm on Tuesday 18 October. If you are available and would like to take part, please call Sally Royle (PA to Headteacher) on 0161 234 3502 for further details and to register your interest.
