If your child was on the Paris trip scheduled for April and you are due a refund please can you contact school with the following information:
- Child’s Name
- Year Group
- Amount paid
- Account Name (this should be the same name as the parent we have recorded on the child’s record)
- Sort Code
- Account Number
- Contact telephone number in the event of a query
This information can be sent via email to: email@example.com or can be sent in writing to the school. We are unable to take the details over the telephone.
Please ensure all details provided are correct as payments cannot be recalled if sent to incorrect bank accounts.
We will process payments as soon as possible and will do them in order that they are received.
