Your child’s data collection is a legal requirement. Our Lady’s is required by law to pass some information to the Local Authority and the Department of Education.
Parents/carers must complete statutory collections by law unless there’s a good reason not to. Our data collection takes place annually in March/April so we need to be informed of any changes to your child’s details.
Please can you support school by submitting your data collection form when requested so we know which personal information needs updating. During the school year please keep us informed of any changes. If you move address or there is any change of telephone numbers for any of the contacts listed for your child then we need to know so we can update our records accordingly.
